Heidi Martens-Lea
Heidi is the Managing Director of Pindena and works with sales, customers and administration. With many years of experience in the company, she has in-depth knowledge of both the solution and the customers.

Heidi has worked at Pindena since 2016 and has been involved in sales, customer service, administration, marketing and project management. When she became Managing Director in 2026, there was no doubt that she was the right candidate for the role.
Before joining Pindena, Heidi completed a bachelor’s degree in Tourism and Management, as well as in Digital Business Development. The combination of her educational background, personal qualities, interests and experience within Pindena makes her a valuable resource in the tech company. She enjoys creating lists, maintaining overview and ensuring that the company stays on the right track.
On a day-to-day basis, Heidi works with finance, customers and the follow-up of enquiries. She manages projects when customers require customisation or integrations, and has implemented an efficient chatbot that has reduced the need for support.
In her new role as Managing Director, she has transitioned from being Information Security Manager and Data Protection Officer to taking responsibility for sales and partnerships. With extensive knowledge and long-standing experience, she knows both the customers and the registration system very well. She understands how to identify customer needs and assess how Pindena can support them.
I find it very rewarding to help customers with different challenges and to show them how they can make the best use of the system. When they experience a ‘wow’ moment by discovering something they were not aware of, it is satisfying to know that I have helped an organisation save resources by thinking differently and working in a new way.
