Lars Harald has worked at Pindena since January 2013 and knows the system inside out – if not better. That’s a great asset for the team, and occasionally for customers who get to benefit from his knowledge and problem-solving skills.

Lars Harald has a degree in control engineering, but has spent his entire career developing systems for various companies. He joined Pindena early on and worked alongside developers at Empatix AS, who at the time built the Pindena registration system on behalf of NSB. Today he is our internal encyclopaedia and compass in ongoing development. He also maintains a strong working relationship with his former Empatix colleagues through the partnership with CoreTrek, where the developers who originally built Pindena now work.

In his day-to-day work, Lars Harald handles development tasks both large and small. One of his many strengths is thoroughness. There are many processes to consider when implementing changes or new features in the system. While he is committed to doing things properly, his goal is to build a flexible and user-friendly system. He holds himself to a high standard and makes sure we deliver a product we can be proud of.

Lars Harald also contributes to sales processes, customer projects, security work and resolves support cases.
