With automatic confirmations, participants receive important and up-to-date information about their registration — with no need for manual follow-up.

Fully customisable email confirmations

You can use the default email confirmations just as they are, with simple text confirming the time and place. In Pindena Pro, you also have the option to edit the confirmations and other email settings. You can decide the subject line and content for each confirmation, add a sender name, and include images. This way, you can tailor the email based on whether a participant is registered, on a waiting list, or has cancelled.
The system automatically sends a confirmation email whenever a participant’s status changes — completely hands-free.

Registration confirmation with updated details

A registration confirmation is sent when the participant signs up. This gives them peace of mind that their registration is valid and correctly completed. If you allow changes, the participant can update their registration and will receive a new confirmation. The participant will always see a summary of the information they entered in the registration form in the email, so they know exactly what they submitted. They can also return to their registration via the link in the confirmation.

Cancellation confirmation

If you allow cancellations, participants will receive a confirmation when they cancel their registration. This is fully customisable too, giving you the option to add links to other events on your website, invite people to follow you on social media, or sign up for your newsletter. It can also be helpful to include your terms and conditions or explain your refund policy. If you have set a cancellation deadline, you know that anyone who cancels will have done so within the deadline. Many organisers choose to offer full or partial refunds to participants who cancel in time.

Confirmation for the registration contact

If you use group registrations in Pindena, you can choose whether the person registering participants is only the registration contact. This contact person receives a separate confirmation and will receive the order or receipt if there is a payment for the event. Other participants registered by the contact will each receive their own confirmation with details, if an email address is provided.
