She’s experienced in identifying the right solutions for each customer and quickly understands what Pindena can – and can’t – help with.

Merethe has been part of Pindena since May 2021 and has taken on a wide range of roles in our small tech company. She started as a digital marketer, covering for our customer success manager, and has worked with everything from admin, security, sales and marketing to first-line support. This has given her deep insight into Pindena as a solution, as well as our customers and industry.

Today, Merethe is responsible for sales and marketing, while still being involved in most areas of the company. She follows up with potential customers, prepares proposals, and participates in public tenders. With a strong pulse on the market, she contributes ideas and feedback that help shape the development of Pindena. As a trained media graphic designer, she is also our go-to person for design – whether it’s interface design, visual themes for customer sites, or marketing materials.

Her goal is to help businesses find the right event registration system. She works to communicate clearly through the website, newsletters and other channels – a creative and solution-oriented content producer who strives to present an honest and transparent image of the company. Her fingerprints can be seen in the improvements to both text and visuals across our website, product, and communication.

My workday is incredibly varied and rewarding. I’m constantly learning something new, with the freedom to shape my day and actively influence the direction Pindena is heading. It’s always exciting to connect with new people who are curious about what we offer.

We also have a great team dynamic at Pindena. With a good mix of skills and a clear distribution of responsibilities, we have meaningful discussions and strong collaboration. In a small company, colleagues are everything – and I truly feel like I’m working with an all-star team.
