Easy to protect participants’ privacy

Pindena includes smart tools that help you stay GDPR-compliant. In your registration forms, you can easily collect consent for your organisation’s privacy policy. Participants’ information can be automatically deleted once the event is finished.

Save time with automatic data deletion

You can activate automatic deletion of participant data in the system. This means the system can remove information at a set time each day — so you don’t have to remember to do it manually. If you need to collect personal details like allergies, age, gender, political views, or membership information, these fields can be marked as sensitive. Sensitive data is never sent by email and has its own deletion interval. The default setting is to delete participant data after one year, and sensitive data after 90 days.

Collect consent in your registration forms

When you enable automatic deletion, you can clearly inform participants how long their personal data will be stored. Add your privacy policy to the system and it will automatically appear in the consent field in all registration forms. This makes it easy to collect consent and deliver on your promises.
