Ronja Sveen Bye is a coordinator at the Institute for Energy Technology and works on a large international project that includes two conferences over a three-year period, as well as several meetings and events.
We spend time planning all the details in Pindena and gathering as much information as possible from the client so we can plan a well-organised, seamless event for them. We also use Pindena for internal events”, she explains.

IFE improved registration with card payments

IFE streamlines its registration process by copying previous events. They can then simply update the details, and the registration is ready to go. They send the link to the registration form to both clients and employees. They use registration forms in both Norwegian and English, and they appreciate having the option for multiple languages.
Pindena is now well-established at IFE, and after we added the card payment option, the user experience improved a lot for our participants”, says Ronja.

IFE implemented card payments for registrations through NetAxept in 2023, making it easier for participants to register and pay in one smooth process.
When I started at IFE in 2022, I saw that this was something we needed to simplify the payment process for our clients. It’s been really well received”, Ronja shares.

Satisfied with easy administration and great support

Ronja is now an experienced organiser and is very happy with how Pindena helps simplify both registration and event administration.
“It takes a bit of time to learn all the details and how everything connects. We’ve had training with our customer manager, Heidi, and we’re really happy with it. The ability to create templates and duplicate previous events is worth its weight in gold,” says Ronja.

Even an experienced organiser sometimes needs extra support, which Ronja gets through Pindena’s support services and newsletters with practical tips.
“We always get quick responses, often with links to helpful resources on the website,” Ronja smiles.
