Select participants with smart filters
The event registration system gives you up-to-date participant information at all times, making it easy to select participants using a smart filter.
At a hybrid event, you might want to send an email only to those attending online with a link to the event page. Or maybe you’re hosting a seminar and need to send a message to those who selected bus transport.
When planning a message, the smart filter selects participants at the time of sending. That means your message always reaches the right group.
Follow up with SMS reminders
Emails can easily be forgotten. SMS, on the other hand, is usually read right away – making it perfect for sending reminders to participants. With the smart filter, you can choose exactly who should receive the SMS. Want to send a short update or resend the webinar link? Need to notify attendees that the time has changed? SMS reminders and alerts help your participants feel looked after and give them a better experience at your event.
Save email and SMS drafts
When setting up your event, you might already have ideas for the emails and SMS messages you want to send. It’s useful to create drafts so you can pick up where you left off later. You can also prepare the entire message in advance and simply send it when the time comes.
Quick SMS follow-up during the event
If something comes up during the event or you want to remind participants of the start time, sending an SMS is quick and easy. After the event, use filters to view participants who attended – provided they were checked in. You can also mark course participants as completed and send certificates. In that case, it’s helpful to filter by registered, attended and completed status.

You can schedule your messages to be sent at a specific time, so the follow-up runs smoothly – even if you’re not logged in. A reminder before the event is always appreciated, and after the event, you can send a certificate, feedback form, or a friendly email invitation to your next event.
The system checks the participant list at the time of sending, ensuring your message reaches only those matching your selected filters and status.
Add attachments to emails
In your emails, you can include calendar invites, QR codes, invoices, certificates, and a link to the participant’s registration. If you’ve used multiple pages on your event site, you can choose which pages are shown when the link is opened. You can also attach files such as images or documents, which will appear as downloadable links in the email.
