A dedicated event site for your organisation
With access to Pindena, your organisation gets its own branded site for all events. Each activity receives a unique URL that you can link to from your main website. You can choose to display all activities in a searchable list on the front page, or list them automatically on your own site using our API. Whether you’re creating standalone events or building a full course catalogue, the registration system gives you the flexibility to manage it all.
Create a user-friendly search page with filters
If you have a content-rich calendar, it can be hard for participants to navigate. By setting up filters in Pindena and defining values, you make it easy for participants to find the right activity in your event list. For example, you can add filters for location, category, type and more.
Flexible registration form
You can create advanced registration forms and save them as templates or duplicate them when needed. The forms include a wide range of built-in functions, and you can also add custom fields. Choose what information to display and how the form should look. If you need to share a lot of details during the registration process, you can easily build an event landing page.
Reuse your event setup
Have you created an event you were particularly happy with? Next time you need to collect the same information, simply duplicate the activity. All settings and content are copied, and you can adjust anything that needs updating. You can also duplicate a series of activities – ideal for recurring courses or webinars.

Responsive design
Pindena uses responsive design, ensuring a smooth experience for participants whether they’re signing up via tablet, mobile, or desktop. You can even save the event site as a shortcut on a mobile device, giving participants quick access to all event information.
Choose your language
In Pindena, you can select the language for both the system and individual events. Available languages include Norwegian Bokmål, Nynorsk, English, Swedish, German, and Portuguese.
