Telenor have a number of events where they invite the boards of housing associations to an enjoyable evening with relevant information. They needed a simple and user-friendly system where they could set up events themselves and communicate with customers.

Kjetil Nerlandsrem is Sales Manager at Telenor, responsible for the Telenor Conference. “The system is easy to use and clear. Previously, there were lots of manual mailings and several systems in use. We know there are other providers that are quite similar, but we feel the user-friendliness really suits us,” says Kjetil with satisfaction.
Helpful training and support when switching to a new system
When Kjetil and his colleagues started to use Pindena back in 2022, they had one training session covering the basics. Around the same time, Pindena launched a new design that made the platform even more intuitive to use. Each page includes explanations of key features to help users understand how to navigate the system – something Kjetil and the customer service team at Telenor have found particularly useful.
“It’s been quite easy to get started with Pindena,” says Kjetil.
“But we do need support from time to time, since some of us have only done one course,” he adds with a smile.
To make sure they always have help when needed, the team has a support agreement in place, making it easy to reach out whenever they get stuck. Kjetil and his colleagues are looking forward to another training session to deepen their knowledge and continue building confidence in the system.
“With several unique users, there are different levels of knowledge and how often the system is used. So it’s really good that we have solid support as well as good training and onboarding,” he says.
Happy to have all events in one system
The Telenor Conference takes place all across the country — Tromsø, Mo i Rana, Førde, Bodø, Fredrikstad, Bergen, Oslo, Ålesund, Tønsberg, Skien — just to name a few places. Telenor meets its customers where they are through its customer care programme. With Pindena, they’ve gathered all registrations for the conference in one system, giving them better oversight.
