Waiting list for limited spots
Active a waiting list to let participants get a spot if someone cancels. You can easily update their status and send a confirmation to the next in line. Or use the automatic waiting list to fill spots as they open up.
Register multiple participants at once
Let one person register and pay for several participants in the same form. A contact person can also complete the form on behalf of others.
Import participants and send invitations
Quickly import participant lists and send out invitations. The import handles spreadsheets like Excel, and you can match columns to your form fields — from names and emails to table placements or other details. After importing, send invitations and reminders to those who haven’t replied yet, using smart filters.
Create and send course certificates
Save time on manual certificates. In Pindena, you can generate certificates that automatically include participant names, course dates and titles. Send them as PDF attachments to everyone who attended and passed.
Detailed reports
The participant report shows which activities someone has joined and lets you view all participants across activities and dates — perfect for total counts in a given period. The payment report gives you an overview of transactions, statuses, and date ranges, all downloadable as Excel files.
Customise your event design
Choose from pre-set design themes to adjust colours and fonts, add background colours or images, banners, and social media buttons. You can also order a custom design with your logo, fonts and brand colours.
Create products and accept payments
Add products to your form to take payments for tickets, meals, accommodation or items. Set prices, VAT rates, and bundle items with different VAT rates into one package. You can also limit availability to manage capacity. Use products for ticket limits or session capacities — with or without a price. Pindena currently only supports NOK currency.
Take payments by card
Accept secure card payments through Stripe for tickets or other products. Refunds are handled by you in your own Stripe account. And you can keep track of payments and status in Pindena.
Organise activities in groups
Keep your activities organised by sorting them into groups. For example you can divide internal and public events, and display them as a list on your website for a clear overview.

Pindena Pro annual licence: NOK 30,900 excl. VAT
If you prefer a shorter commitment, the price is NOK 3,090 per month.
By choosing an annual licence, you save NOK 6,180 excl. VAT.
Minimum contract period is 3 months. The price may increase if you add extra services or product customisation.
