Make use of automated features to schedule and send emails and SMS messages, and tailor your communication to each participant at every stage.
Registration confirmation sent automatically
When a participant registers, a confirmation email is sent out automatically. By default, the confirmation is sent via email, but SMS can also be added as an option. If you’re using the automatic waiting list, a confirmation will be sent when someone on the list is offered a spot.
The registration confirmation can also be used for other purposes than event sign-ups. For example, you can use it to confirm receipt of an application, and later send a separate message to assign and confirm their place.
Send information and reminders via email and SMS
You can send emails and SMS messages directly from the registration system, making it easy to keep participants informed. Once someone has signed up, you can stay in touch all the way until the event is over.
You’ll find each participant and their submitted information in the participant list. The email service is included in your subscription, so you can send as many emails as you need. For each event, you can save drafts for emails and SMS messages, and schedule them to be sent at a specific time – perfect for reminders.
Get full control with smart filters in the participant list
The information you collect through the registration form gives you the ability to sort participants. The answers participants provide become filter options – so you can quickly get an overview of their choices and needs.
If you’ve included options like accommodation, dinner or different activities, you’ll easily see who has chosen what. Since the participant list is always up to date, the right people will receive your message when it’s time to send it – based on the filter you selected.
Customise email templates, sender name and recipients
The registration confirmation and event invitation can both be customised, so participants receive the right information from the start. You can change the text on the registration button and choose whether to include a calendar invite. You can also choose which page of the registration to display, and whether participants registered by someone else should receive their own email.
In the email settings, you can choose the sender name, and set where replies and copies should be sent.
Customise messages for your event
Participants who register, are added to a waiting list or decline an invitation will receive a standard confirmation message – such as “Thank you for registering”. These confirmation messages appear in a pop-up and can be customised for each event.
You can also edit the meta description that appears when your event is shared on social media – giving you full control of your event promotion.
Auto-filled information with tags
Once you’ve entered event details into the system, the name, date, time and location of the event will be auto-filled into your messages. You won’t need to manually update confirmation messages or invitations. After participants are registered, you can use tags for first and last names to personalise your emails and messages.
Import participants and send invitations
You can import a list of participants from an Excel file and send out invitations with a direct link to the registration form. A personalised invitation is ideal for internal company events, member meetings or invite-only events.
Create surveys and evaluations
Get ideas and feedback to help you improve future events by sending a survey or evaluation form to your participants. You can also create anonymous surveys to get more objective responses.
