Import participant list and create a registration

By importing participants into the registration system, you can quickly and easily send invitations by email or SMS. Participants click on the link to your event and can register by filling out the form. You can customise the registration form however you like, with multiple response options and other choices. A button with the link to the form is included in the invitation, so guests can easily provide their details and register.

Send a personalised invitation

Create an invitation by email or SMS and make it personal by using a merge code for the participant’s name — the system will fill this in automatically when sending. When you invite guests, each invitation is linked to a unique registration link. In your participant list, you can see who has declined the invitation and who has registered.

Private events

If you’re organising a private event, you can restrict the form so that only invited guests can register. You can also hide the event from anyone who hasn’t been invited, so they can’t see the registration form or event details. You can add an extra layer of security by asking for SMS verification. This means you’ll need each participant’s mobile number before sending the invitation.

Send invitations using an external email service

You can also send invitations through an external email service like MailChimp or SendGrid. First, add your participant list in Pindena — this will generate a unique link for each participant. You can include these links in your export and merge them into your email, so every participant receives their own personal link. You’ll still have full control and an up-to-date overview of who has registered in Pindena.
