Add prices and discounts to your registration forms

You can easily add prices to your registration forms by creating products. Choose the name, VAT rate (NOK only), and availability so you can charge for tickets, services, or other items. You can add multiple price categories or packages in the same form. Use smart product fields like quantity, where participants can select multiple units of the same product. You can also offer discounts such as early bird pricing, discount codes, or progressive discounts that lower the price as more people register.

Accept secure payments with Stripe

Pindena integrates with Stripe, so you can accept secure card payments directly in your event registration form. Stripe is trusted by businesses worldwide and handles currency conversions automatically.

Please note: All transactions in Pindena are processed in NOK (Norwegian Krone) to ensure consistent reporting and compliance with local accounting standards.

By connecting your own Stripe account, you stay in full control of payments, refunds, and payouts.

Easy invoicing with postponed orders

Offer participants or companies the option to pay by invoice. They confirm the choice and receive the order details along with their registration confirmation. If changes are allowed, you can delay when the order is created to save time. After that, invoicing is handled in your own accounting system.

Full overview with financial reports

With Pindena, you can keep full control of your finances with clear financial reports. Use the payment report to get a detailed overview of all payments by card, Vipps, manual payment or invoice. The orders and vouchers report lets you track all orders created when participants choose to pay by invoice, including status and time period. The financial reports give you total income, credited amounts and participant numbers per activity — so you always have up-to-date insights for your accounting and planning.
