Add prices and extras to your registration form

Make it easy for participants to choose what they want to pay for. Create participant fees, add-ons, and extra options with individual prices and availability. Please note that Pindena currently supports only NOK currency and Norwegian VAT rates. You decide whether payments happen during registration, by invoice, or outside the system.

Limit product availability

If you have a limited number of products, simply set the available quantity for each product and let the system keep track. This is useful for selling VIP seats, reserved tables for dinner, a set number of hotel rooms – with or without a price. This means you can also limit the number of spots for specific sessions or timeslots, and easily add these options to your form.

To accept payment for your event, you can create products and add them as required or optional extras. Add multiple products and let participants choose quantities. Use flexible field types like radio buttons, dropdowns, checkboxes, early bird, or progressive group discounts.

Use price categories and product groups for advanced events

For conferences and larger events, you may want different prices depending on whether participants are members, students, or retirees. Easily set up multiple prices in your form so each person gets the correct fee.

By grouping products, you can build conference packages that include registration fees, lunch, dinner, entertainment, or accommodation — each with different VAT rates if needed. If you want to show member and non-member pricing, you can set up a configuration that automatically checks membership status against a list and displays the correct price. You can store your membership list securely in the registration system.
