Key features explained
Flexible registration forms
Create registration forms that suit your needs — add or rearrange fields, use headings for clear sections, and choose from multiple field types like text, dropdowns, radio buttons, checkboxes, dates or file uploads. Mark fields as sensitive if needed. Add descriptions, images, videos, and customise your submit button text.
Automatic confirmations
Once your form is published, the system automatically sends confirmation emails to participants. You can also allow SMS confirmations. Each confirmation includes a link where participants can review their details and cancel if needed — all while you keep an overview in the participant list.
Copy activities
Save time by duplicating activities with all settings, forms, text and images. Repeat once or on a daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly basis.
Communicate with participants
Send emails and SMS to participants directly from each activity. Include links, calendar attachments or other details — and reach the right people at the right time.
Schedule your messages
Send information immediately or schedule messages for later. Use status filters so only participants with a specific status receive your updates — no need to manually track changes.
Target the right people
Filter your participant list by answers or status. For example, if participants can choose between physical or digital attendance, you can send a link only to those joining digitally.
Export participant lists
Download an Excel file to review all participant data or share it with a co-organiser.
Smart QR code usage
Each activity has its own QR code that links directly to the registration form. Post it in your venue or at the entrance to allow last-minute sign-ups and check-ins — perfect if you didn’t get advance registrations but need to track attendance.
Privacy settings
Every form includes an active consent checkbox with a link to your privacy policy. Enable automatic deletion of participants and sensitive data when an activity is complete. Mark fields as sensitive for quick removal.
