Real-time participant data in the app
Participant information is updated in real time, so by swiping down in the list, you’ll get the latest numbers. On your way to the canteen for lunch, you can quickly check how many are registered for tomorrow morning’s webinar. Or check the status of this autumn’s conference that you’re reporting on later the same day. Curious if a particular participant is registered? Just do a quick search.
Grant access to your partners and clients
Share live participant lists and keep your partners updated – without any manual work. If you’re co-hosting a conference or event, or working with clients or suppliers who want updates, you can give them access to the app. With the new Check-in role, it’s easy to provide access to specific events. This ensures you’re only sharing the information that’s necessary – helping you stay in control of data privacy.
How to give external organisers access
- Add users in Pindena and grant them Check-in access
- Assign them to the relevant events
- Ask them to download the app and send them login details
